Lions of Canada Fund for LCIF

LCIF Committee Chair IPDG Tony Davidson - Email Tony -> mailto:lcif [snail] a15lions [period] org

]LCIF is the Foundation of service committed to our World in Need

LCIF is the only foundation to empower the service of Lions worldwide, investing more than 1.2 billion US dollars in grant funding since 1968. Together we offer hope and impact lives. LCIF magnifies Lions work through saving sight, empowering youth through Lions Quest, providing disaster Grants, and many other initiatives.

District A15 has benefited from LCIF grants through the years with Lions for Groves Diabetes and education Center receiving $50,000 dollars in 2019, Covid relief $10,000 dollars in 2020 and Flood relief $10,000 dollars in 2018. The district has received over $600,000.00 in Grants in the past 25 years.

The Kitchener Lions applied and received Grants for the Vision Screening program (Cowan Foundation) for $46,639.22 in 2022, and the Elmira Lions received a grant of $3,916.00 to establish a pollinator garden in 2022.

District A15 has been asked to commit $34,632.00 to LCIF this year. Donations can be made from the Club, individual Lions or anyone in our communities. Personal donations can be made to Lions of Canada Fund for LCIF and a receipt will be issued for tax purposes.

Thank you for supporting our Foundation
