As of 2023, with the addition of the Dundas and Waterdown Lions Clubs, there are 60 Clubs and Club Branches and one LEO Club in District A-15. The three Club Branches are part of the Rockwood Lions, the Woolwich Community Lions, and the Atwood Lions. The LEO Club is in Kitchener.
