It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Lion Phil Harmer of the Drumbo Lions Club. At the time of his passing in late February Lion Phil had over 60 years of service. Our condolences to the family, the Drumbo Lions and the Drumbo community on the loss of a valued member of your community. May he rest in peace.
