Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Brantford General Hospital, on Friday September 22, 2023. Brian Phillipo, of Burford, in his 74th year. Beloved Husband of Christine (nee Poreba) for 51 years. Loving Dad of Kimberly (Brad) Bailey, David (Krissy), and Tyler (Jennifer). Cherished Grandpa of Jordan, Taylor, Wyatt, Carter, and Audrey. Dear Son of Dorothy and the late Ralph Phillipo. Brother of Bob (Lori) and Judy (Rob) Williams. Predeceased by his brother Laurie and much loved son-in-law of the late Ted & Cecile Poreba. Brian will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Family & friends will be received at the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street, Burford on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. The Burford Lions Club will have a service on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. A Celebration of Brian’s Life will be held at the funeral home on Thursday September 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations in Brian’s memory may be made to the Burford Lions Way, Parkinson Society or a charity of your choice.
