Donald (Don) Rostron
Sadly, we announce the passing of Don, in his 76th year at Margaret's Place Hospice in Dundas, on May 11, 2023.
Beloved husband of Janet (née Vasseur) for 53 years. Survived by his children Danielle (Dave Manning), Sandi Sutton (Shane), and Marty (Krysta). Oompah to Cole, Tyce, and Kallem Manning, Mason, Jayden and Keegan Sutton, and Nyla and Brooke Rostron. Brother of Denis (Shirley) and David (Jan). Brother-in-law to Alan and Gwen Vasseur, and loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.
He was very proud when he was presented with a lifetime Membership award from the Copetown Lions Club where he served for many years.
Sincere thanks to his many Doctors, nurses, PSW's, and paramedics. Also to CAP and everyone at Margaret's Place who supported our whole family with love and compassion.
The Celebration of Don’s Life will be held at Circle of Life Cremation and Burial Centre, 100 King Street East, Dundas, on Sunday, May 28, 2023 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. with the Service beginning at 2 p.m. Livestreaming available on the Circle of Life website www.circleoflifecbc.com (additional parking at the Air Force Club).
