GOEBEL, Rolf Hans
Passed away peacefully on February 27, 2022, at Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton. Rolf was born in Cologne, Germany on July 3rd, 1930, to the late Rudolf & Else Goebel.
Beloved husband of Charlotte Goebel (nee Stoltefuss) of 67 years. Cherished father of Kay Ellen & Garry Schwartzentruber of Milverton, Ronald & Sharon Goebel of Stratford and Ken & Carol Goebel of Stratford. Treasured grandfather of Steve Schwartzentruber (Amanda), Jaime Knowler (Scott), Brittany Stacey (Travis), Drew Goebel, Corey Goebel (Jayne) & Rebecca Cook (Mike) Precious great-grandfather of Reid, Abby, Keagan, Chloe, Blake, Colton, Gage, Annabeth, Lydia, Paige & Jackson. Dear brother of Helga Kurbjuhn of Germany.
Predeceased by his brother-in-law Hans Kurbjuhn of Germany.
We’d like to acknowledge the special contribution the Stoltefuss family made in dad’s life, both here in Canada and in Germany. Rolf will be missed by many families and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer Street, Milverton on Friday, March 4th, 2022, from 4-8p.m.
A memorial service will be held at the funeral home, the following day, on Saturday, March 5th, 2022, at 11 a.m.
