Herman D. Boehmer 1930 - 2022
Herman D. Boehmer, age 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital in Cambridge, ON. He was born Herman Donald Boehmer on September 7, 1930 to Herman and Gertrude (Bate) Boehmer in the city of Ottawa.
Herman is pre-deceased by his wife of 65 years, Olga Boehmer (Nicolaiff). Also, pre-deceased by his sisters Jean, Florence, and Audrey, brothers Clyde and Albert. He is survived by his daughters, Catherine (Larry), Jennifer (Jim), and Leslie; by his grandchildren, Travis (Melissa), Dominic(deceased), William, Elizabeth, Arthur, and Erin; by his great-grandchildren Cadence, Madison, Harper, Hadley, and Harlow.
Due to the restrictions of Covid, the family has decided to postpone a Celebration of Life in their father's honor at this time. An announcement will be placed in this newspaper as to when and where the ceremony will take place.
